Management of implementation and upgrade projects from initial requirements review, development of business cases, management of project to agreed timelines and objectives, and undertaking of post implementation review.
Review of existing system access including historic log in credentials and procedures in place to maintain these. Includes review of alterations to security levels in conjunction with changes to staff responsibilities.
Review with staff current and planned business requirements along with existing gaps. Preparation and management of RFI/RFP process, management of demonstration workshops, negotiation of contract and implementation with selected vendor.
Independent review of project either during project or as a post project activity. Includes preparation of recommendations for process improvement to ensure original business case objectives are achieved.
